Professional Expertise
Besides being licensed (LD) in Hawaii as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I possess the CEDS credential.
That means I’m a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals. To attain this rigorous credential requires a high level of training and achievement in this field.
People with disordered eating—whether adults, adolescents or children and their families—have been the focus of my work for more than 20 years. My expertise has been applied in a variety of settings, including regular and intensive outpatient treatment, day treatment, and residential treatment.
Put it all together and I have a deep understanding of what leads people like you into disordered eating, and what it takes to change and achieve normal eating.
